1. Data Controller

Personal data is collected by ANDINE Group SAS, headquarters: ZAC PÔLE ACTIF, 14 Allée du Piot, 30660 Gallargues-le-Montueux, France, registered under SIREN number 794 890 624, represented by André-Marie FREMY in his capacity as President.

The data collected by ANDINE Group is processed for all entities within the ANDINE Group.

2. Data collected and purposes

The processing of your data through this website is intended for handling requests submitted via the contact form, scheduling appointments, managing website operations (navigation), managing relationships with clients and prospects, and processing applications for job or internship opportunities. The data collected is also used to send newsletters.

We also use cookies (see Section 7) to ensure the proper functioning of the website, manage language preferences, and optimize the user experience.

3. Data recipients and processors

Personal data collected on the website is intended exclusively for ANDINE Group and its French and/or international subsidiaries.
Furthermore, ANDINE Group reserves the right to disclose personal data of data subjects in order to comply with its legal obligations, particularly where required by judicial request.

To ensure the technical operation of the website and its services, we use the following processors:

  • OVH SAS: Website hosting provider.
  • Calendly:Technical service provider for online appointment scheduling.

These processors undertake to comply with the security and confidentiality standards required under the GDPR and use your data solely for the specific services entrusted to them.

4. Data retention period

In accordance with our operational needs and legal obligations, we retain your personal data for a maximum period of two (2) years from:

  • The date of your last interaction via the contact form;
  • The date of the appointment scheduled via Calendly.
  • After this period, your data are either deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

5. Data transfers outside the EEA

Some of our service providers, including Calendly, are based in the United States. As a result, your data may be transferred to and processed outside the EEA. To ensure the protection of your data, we ensure that:

  • Calendly implements the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, which impose strict data protection obligations;
  • Additional technical and organizational security measures are put in place.

In some cases, they also enhance the speed of processing your requests by enabling us to remember your site preferences. The use of these cookies requires your prior consent.

This website does not use cookies for targeted advertising or cookies related to social media sharing features.
